As an newcomer I don't do sleights of hand yet and this is a nice easy trick to get into you into a show and settled down. Providing you've reset the deck since your last performance, it can hardly go wrong and still fools people just as much as some of the more complex tricks.

sounds like a diamond of a trick and could work well with kids too.
