Nefesch also has a pretty good heads or tails routine in Right Now.

Hmm, double posting and resurrection and oldish threat...good stuff :p
Been looking through Bobo for a while now...could anyone point me towards the parts mentioned earlier? Can't find anything relevant to the toss of a coin...

I couldn't find it either. There is a method in "Amateur Magician's Handbook" - described as a Heartbreaker, needing months of practice.
