Of course you can buy it, it's very easy! What we're saying is that you can't expect to be told how something works for free - you have to pay for the secret like everyone else does. Whoever developed or invented the effect is entitled to be paid for their work, it may even be their only source of income, and that's why we don't tell how things are done. We paid to find out and there's no reason why everyone else shouldn't do the same.
