Difficulty
(1=easy to do, 2=No sleights, but not so easy, 3=Some sleights used,
4=Advanced sleights used, 5=Suitable for experienced magicians only)

1/3 (there is a non sleight way of doing it, but much more powerful and memorable in my opinion if you use a basic sleight)

Well, what can i say, this was stumbled upon through Facebook, and the app does exactly what it says on the tin, i already had purchased another Jakob Halskov app, namely Card2Phone, which i can review if required. This is a really unique way of combining technology and magic, and giving out your business cards in a memorable way. After searching for a business card trick i liked, so i had an excuse to give out my card, and not finding one, this one ticks all the boxes.

Having tried this in the pub last night, i already had the practice from using Card2Phone, and the moves required are the same, i can honestly say, people were genuinely talking about the effect afterward "did you see that?! he printed the card on his phone, then pulled it out!!!" fantastic way of getting people to remember you!

I'll be using this at every available opportunity, and who can argue at that price?!

Overall

I have to score this a 9/10 as there is always room for improvement.

Just to add Gary jones pointed me to this and I only downloaded it last night. I have been performing it at a wedding today and what I thought would be a fun novelty has turned out to be a pretty strong piece of magic.

Don't get me started on iPhones and all things that begin with i from Apple.

Bought this last night on the recommendation of this thread. After having an iPhone for the last 3 years this is the first app I've ever bought and I was so taken by it that I grabbed Card2Phone as well.

Got this last night too on the strength of this thread & the fact i've had Card2phone pro for ages & use it every now & then (not at gigs). Not set it up yet but when I get chance i'll have it up & running & no doubt using it too. Cheers for the heads up.

An update is on it's way to Apple. No serious problems found, just a couple of mistakes in the instructions.

Once that's been accepted, we can get on with the next version of the app!

Couple of things I would offer as constructive feedback:

1. It would be nice to be able to store more than one business card design and/or use a library photo for the design rather than having to take a photo/crop/resize/optimise each time.

2. If I use the icon flip production the Card Now icon disappears from the screen after I take the card out. Not a big deal for me as I prefer the 'print' version, but I don't know if anyone else has the same problem?
