I have just purchased a lethal tender set, and the first time i used it the little centre m----t fell out (not impressed) so i will be sending that back promptly, does anyone know or can recomend the best version to get, i don't mind paying extra for the quality, so all comments welcome, Thanks in advance.

You might have just gotten a really old stock. I'm sure you can dab a bit of super glue onto it and it should work fine.
