I can think of 2 ways of achieving this, both employing a method similar to David Stone's "Tool".

QUESTION:

You are always asking if we are fooled by something and asking us to Pm you with our solutions. One and least importantly, I do not not know how you achieved the effect, but I know how I would and have. If it is the same method or not really does not concern me.
