We are hired for a childrens party. We mainly do adult card magic.
Here is the plan
MAGIC
Cup and balls
Torn and restored
Cut and restored
Optical ropes
Highly visual easy to understand card changes
Few coin tricks

After that
JUGGLING
3 ball solo
flick up to 4 ball solo
flick up to five ball solo
All including comical juggling tricks
6 ball passing
7 ball passing
8 ball passing (all inlcuding juggling tricks)
3 club solo
6 club passing

ANY IDEAS

What's the duration, how old are they ?

Duration about an hour
Ages are 6 upwards

sounds reasonable for a kids show, if you can add some humour and or if some of your card tricks can be done with a4 cards, scan and print your own, laminating is optional.
then you'll be ok.

Yes, lots of humour, little prizes etc....

altho i dont do childrens magic, i would say your list sounds good

keeping it simple ie torn and restored trick works well i think for that sort of an age

Do you practise linking rings? that could be something to use as well

we will be aso adding in a changing bag and the one were there is a spider on the back of their hand when they turn it over.

What size is for the venue this children’s party for the party. I take it is not a living room as some of the juggling stunts mentioned would take a fair amount of space. From experience working with children they like the juggling but love it if more when things are dropped so some comic effects with items that are deliberately dropped is a good way to get the byplay up with them. In terms of juggling stunts the one I have had most success with working with kids is the one where you throw a ping pong ball high into the air and catch it and balance on your nose. Then stand up and it’s stuck to your nose. You can really milk it by explaining that the more they clap and cheer the longer you can balance it. Some kids might like it but if in doubt just don't do it. There's a nicer version involving a butterfly but you'd have to Google around for it.

Or you could just buy a small butterfly, and mak the cards

The spider might scare some of the kids and make them cry. I don't think that you get anymore parties from them, or there friends

Assuming you'd paid for the secret in the first place then, yes, you could make up your own version. My 'The Web' came with, I think, blue backed Bikes so I bought the same cards in red back to vary the appearance of the routine a little. www.cards4magic.co.uk are a very good source of all these special cards. If you do a 'Search' above for The Web, I'm sure there's an old Review thread where some additional ideas and routines were mentioned. Not sure if it's still on TM but worth doing an bit of digging for.

My Web came with 4 Blue-backed cards aswell
